Refunding Policy

We have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request  for a return , your item must be in the same condition that you received it , unworn or unused , with tags , and in its original packaging

 Restocking Fee

Up to 10 % of item’s price -Unopened items in their original condition that are returned more than 7 days after delivery

Up to % of item’s price – Items that are not in their original condition.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Start a return, you can contact us at hello@uctghana.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
